Adventurer Programme

Take-off on our Adventurer Programme, with learning journeys blending the incredible mosaic of habitats surrounding our centre at Humphrey Head, and the vast diversity of adventure opportunities in the South & Central Lake District. 

From entering the depths of the earth in limestone caves, to paddling over the wide open waters of Lake Windermere, this programme offers a varied and exciting programme, full of opportunities for young people to challenge themselves, develop confidence, and build a lasting sense of community within their group or school.

Adventurer is our longest residential programme, with 5 days of outdoor learning, and 4 nights accommodation in our cosy and comfortable centre, being treated to delicious food, wide open views, and exclusive use of our beautiful grounds overlooking Morecambe Bay.

Below is an example programme and price list for a 5-day, 4-night Adventurer programme- you could also swap in any of the activities listed on our “Adventure Activities” page, or request specific sessions based around your groups goals and interests, skills you’d like them to develop, or particular curriculum areas such as “Art”, “History”, “Geography”, “Ecology” or “Creative Writing”.
